What is a 3D crystal?
A 3D crystal is your photo laser-engraved INSIDE optical-grade crystal glass. Using subsurface technology, we create over 1 million microscopic points of light that form a three-dimensional image. It never fades, scratches, or ages. It's permanent art you can hold.
How is it made?
Our master artists hand-sculpt your photo into 3D (2-4 hours), you approve the design, then we laser-engrave it inside K9 crystal. The engraving is sealed INSIDE the glass—protected forever. Includes LED light base to make it glow.
How long does it take?
5-14 business days total: Design creation (1-2 days) → You approve → Engraving (2-3 days) → Shipping (1-7 days). You see a preview before we engrave anything.
What if I’m not satisfied?
You approve your design BEFORE we engrave. Don't love it? We revise it free, unlimited times. If your crystal arrives with any defect, we remake it or refund you. Zero risk.
